A friend helps to sign up for the Great Eastern Run.. so I m officially in for the 5km fun race.. need to train.. need to go on a healthy diet too.. have to go see the Hypertension dr but my appointment is in November so I better exercise during this period to bring the pressure down down down.. on the list is running.. n an exercise schedule!!..
.. Manage to find a friend to go watch 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" with.. yeah.. going to book tix soon.. of course, knowing me .. sure the cheapest tix.. hahahah..
