This is also the week that the office is hosting a visiting expert in Occupational Medicine from UK. Well some well known and authoritative person in the field and who is really tall. I gathered he is almost twice as tall as the boss. Ok is a bit overstated! As usual with any foreign visitors, the boss will get into her fake American accent which sounds funny. I don understand why she cannot just speak properly. I don think foreigners have problem understanding us if we pronounce all the words properly.
Back to the topics of resignation! The boss wants me to talk to my executive who had handled in her resignation letter. She wants me to find out the reason behind her decision. Well and honestly, I know the answer but I cannot tell the boss that so that means I have to find some credible story to convince her. Need to discuss with my colleague! Wonder when it will be my turn? I have the urge and inspiration to write the letter and the content is already spinning in my head! This means more daimoku and earnest prayers!
Then another thing I want to do is to tell my other colleague that I like him! Maybe I should just write him an email and tell him I like him. Just I like him and he can interpret it whatever way he wants. Is not very healthy to cope things up too long in the mind and I think telling him will help me to move on! On second tots, I think I will hold it until later!
I want to break through by MAR 16! A significant date for SGI and SSA cos it marks the 50th anniversary of the SGI Youth's determination to carry on the propagation of Nichiren Buddhism and also the 20th anniversary of Ikeda Sensei's visit to Singapore.
